Actually it's an old website, and I'm surprised they are still hosting it ; you can find basic description of what weapons do. I suppose it was here so people can know what the game is about and what is new before buying it. It hasn't been updated for ages, but you can find some nice wallpapers, that are btw the one that are used ingame.
